This metric tracks whether the company circulates an employee feedback survey on an annual basis to gauge employees’ perceptions on topics ranging from culture, employee satisfaction, and employee engagement, as measured in the last calendar year.

The ESG Data Convergence Project clarifies that an “employee feedback survey can include, but is not limited to, questions related to company culture, company values, employee job satisfaction, employee engagement, and training.”
